Our returns process

Notify us of your return or exchange request within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
All items (including all parts and accessories) must be returned by mail.
If you are exchanging an item, you will have to pay our shipping costs again.
Under no circumstances will return shipping costs be charged.
Refunds will be issued via credit card or Western Union.
